2) 合规报告：汇总、撰写、提交各类监管与合规报告，确保报告的准确性、完整性和及时性。

3) 进度管理：监测部门内法规跟进和报告进度并提醒监督执行。

4) 授权管理：起草和管理公司内部授权文件。

5) 制度管理：管理内部制度及业务操作手册的档案，确保及时汇总和更新。

2.业务合规：
1) 开展业务外包的合规审核和报告、数据安全的合规评估和报告。

2) 法规落实：协调各部门开展监管要求的跟进落实、开展业务自查，跟踪落实情况，提交监管报告

3) 合规审核：开展或协助开展业务相关合规审查、咨询、建议，业务制度及操作流程审核等。

4) 协助实施部门合规项目，如业务项目、监管评级、现场检查等。

3.消保合规：消保相关法规跟进、报告报表、会议、内外部宣传培训，市场营销材料的消保审查等。
合规培训：开展业务合规培训、合规提醒以及合规文化建设。
协会工作：协助管理行业协会的日常事务，处理协会数据、维护协会公众号、组织会议，准备协会沟通材料等。
其它：部门的其他合规项目和事务支持
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，金融、法律、经济、管理、风险管理等相关专业优先。
2.1年以上银行、汽车金融、消费金融或持牌非银机构合规、内控、运营经验优先，优秀应届生亦可考虑。
3.工作认真细心、条理性强。
4.耐心、踏实、抗压能力强。
5.岗位注重内部培养成长，需要有强烈的责任心和主动学习能力，愿意在合规领域长期发展。
6.熟练使用办公软件，大学英语6级，良好的英文书写和翻译水平。
7.良好的沟通和表达能力，态度积极，乐于协作。
