3. 掌握数据库设计与优化，熟悉PostgreSQL等关系型数据库的使用与调优；
4. 具备分布式系统开发经验，了解缓存、消息队列、RPC等核心技术；
5. 具有良好的沟通协作能力，能独立完成模块设计与开发任务；
6. 精通AI辅助编程，能够熟练运用工具开发；
7. 熟悉大数据计算、湖仓技术、智能体开发优先。
