【岗位职责】
接手并维护现有企业信息化平台（主数据、消息中心、审批工作流、bdp），独立完成需求开发、缺陷修复、联调与上线支持。
负责系统日常运维排障：接口异常、审批卡住、消息不同步、环境/配置问题等。
对接集团 SSO、OA、ESB/HR、外部 REST/SOAP 等集成接口，保证数据与流程稳定。
在理解现有架构前提下做小步改造与技术债治理，输出必要文档，保障可交接、可运维。
配合业务方梳理需求，评估改动风险，控制对生产审批/主数据链路的影响。
【任职要求】（硬性）
5年及以上 Java 开发经验，熟练 Java 8、Spring / Spring MVC，有 Spring Boot 项目经验。
熟悉 Maven 多环境打包、Tomcat WAR 部署；能看懂并改 web.xml / Filter / Profile 配置。
熟悉至少一种M：MyBatis / JdbcTemplate / JPA，能写复杂 SQL；有 MySQL + SQL Server（或同类双库）经验优先。
有 REST + SOAP/WebService 对接经验；理解 Session/SSO、接口鉴权、多数据源等企业常见模式。
能独立阅读他人代码、定位问题；不排斥 JSP / 老项目 / 依赖 jar 反查类工作。
责任心强，沟通顺畅，能独立对接业务与现场环境，接受以维护+迭代为主的工作节奏。
【加分项】
有 OA / BPM / 审批流 / 待办消息中心相关经验（自研或 Activiti/Flowable 等均可）。
有 Vue 管理后台开发经验（本项目含 Vue 管理端，能改页面更好）。
接触过 XXL-Job、Redis、MongoDB、Shiro 之一。
有集团/国企/建筑施工信息化、主数据（组织/人员/客商）项目经验。
能做简单 Linux/Nginx 部署与日志排查。
