职责描述：
1、负责大数据 Java 后端架构设计、核心开发与迭代优化，保障系统高可用、高性能、可扩展。
2、参与数据采集、清洗、存储、计算、分析全链路开发，对接离线 / 实时计算、数据仓库等场景。
3、基于大数据相关技术体系，运用Flink、Kafka等组件，开发数据处理任务，解决相关技术问题。
4、负责数据接口与服务的设计开发，为业务侧提供稳定高效的数据支撑。
5、参与需求评审、技术方案设计与代码评审，制定研发规范，保障项目交付。
6、排查线上故障，优化系统性能，解决高并发、海量数据处理瓶颈。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2 年 + Java 后端开发经验，有大数据项目经验者优先。
2、精通 Java 核心知识（JVM、多线程、IO 等），具备扎实编程功底和规范编码习惯。
3、熟练掌握 Spring Boot、MyBatis 等主流后端框架，了解架构设计理念。
4、熟悉 Hadoop 生态核心组件（HDFS、YARN、ZooKeeper）。
5、熟练掌握Flink，能独立开发数据ETL、数据清洗、指标计算等任务。
6、熟悉 Redis 缓存、Kafka 消息队列，具备相关架构设计与优化能力。
7、熟悉ClickHouse、Greenplum等数据库，熟悉Elasticsearch等搜索系统的使用与调优。
8、熟悉 Linux 系统，能编写 Shell 脚本，完成部署、日志排查等运维操作。
9、熟悉计算机网络相关知识，包括 TCP/IP 协议栈、HTTP/HTTPS 协议等。
10、具备较强问题排查能力，快速定位并解决线上故障、数据阻塞、任务延迟等技术问题。
