岗位职责：
1、网络与安全架构设计：协助设计新厂区整体网络安全架构，落实网络分区（生产网、办公网、内外网等）、访问控制及边界防护策略；参与弱电布线、IP地址规划。
2、安全运维与监控：负责防火墙、IDS/IPS、VPN等安全设备的配置、运维与日志分析；建立安全事件监测与响应机制；参与系统备份与恢复演练。
3、等保合规建设：主导等保合规工作，包括定级备案、差距分析、整改实施与测评对接；编制安全管理制度与应急预案。
4、生产系统安全保障：保障新厂区车间网络、服务器、工业控制系统的安全运行，防范勒索病毒、非法入侵等风险。
5、保密与涉密管理：配合保密要求，落实涉密设备管理、内外网数据交换安全规范、移动介质管控等。
6、安全培训与审计：组织内部安全培训与钓鱼演练；配合内部及第三方安全审计；完成日常巡检和文档整理。
任职要求：1、基本要求：本科及以上学历，网络安全、计算机、通信工程等相关专业；5年以上网络安全运维或安全体系建设经验。有制造业工厂或工控安全经验者优先。
2、专业能力：
熟悉主流防火墙（华为、山石、深信服等）、IDS/IPS、态势感知平台；
掌握等保2.0标准，具备等保项目实施经验；
熟悉网络协议（TCP/IP、VLAN、VPN）、路由交换基础；
具有CISP、CISSP、NISP等安全认证者优先。
3、综合能力：责任心强，具备安全风险意识与应急响应能力；良好的文档编写与跨团队沟通能力。
