4. 质量保证：严格遵守代码规范和TDD/BDD流程，编写高质量的测试用例，负责所辖模块的线上稳定性；
5. 业务落地：参与简单智能体功能的业务代码落地，配合架构师实现AI功能集成。
岗位要求：
1. 学历背景：全日制统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
2. 技术基础： 5年以上Java开发经验，Java基础扎实，熟悉JVM原理，熟练掌握多线程编程及常用设计模式；
3. 框架技能：精通Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis/Hibernate等主流框架；了解配置中心、注册中心、链路追踪等微服务组件原理；
4. 数据库与中间件：熟练掌握MySQL及SQL调优；熟练使用Redis缓存；熟悉Linux常用命令及Web服务器（Tomcat/Undertow）配置；
5. AI技能（重点）：
○ 工具流：必须熟练掌握 Cursor/Trae/Claude Code 中至少一种AI编程工具，有实际的AI辅助开发经验，能通过Prompt Engineering解决复杂逻辑编写；
○ 基础认知：理解大模型（LLM）基本交互原理，了解Embeddings、VectDatabase（向量数据库）等基础概念。
