任职要求
具备3 年及以上 Java 后端开发经验，学习能力突出，做事严谨靠谱、容错率低，责任心强，能承受业务压力，具备良好的技术服务意识。
熟练使用 Spring Boot 开发框架，掌握 Spring Cloud 微服务体系，具备微服务拆分、治理与落地实践经验。
精通 MySQL 等关系型数据库，熟练掌握 SQL 编写与性能调优，具备复杂业务 SQL 优化、索引设计能力。
具备高并发、高可用系统设计与开发经验，能够独立支撑百万用户级校圈服务稳定运行。
具备良好的问题排查、系统调优与线上故障处理能力。

有 K8s 容器化部署、运维与实践经验，熟悉云原生技术栈。
了解 AIGC、RAG 相关技术与应用，有相关实践或落地经验者优先。
