1、负责公司安全相关AI产品的功能模块设计、开发、维护和优化，构建高性能、高可用、可扩展的安全检测系统；
2、协同算法工程师完成安全效果预研的工程方案落地，包括前置处理、模型对接以及效果调优；
3、持续优化系统性能与代码质量，解决工程实践中的技术难题，确保系统稳定高效运行；
4、使用Golang/Python开发AI功能的后端服务，包括业务逻辑实现、对接系统组件（Redis/Pulsar等）、对接模型等。
任职要求：
1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机基础；
2、精通Python或Golang，具备良好的编码能力，能够独立完成功能模块开发；
3、熟悉常用算法、数据结构及设计模式，具备系统设计与性能优化经验；
4、具备强烈的自驱力和学习能力，对技术有热情，能够主动探索和解决挑战性问题；
5、具备以下经验者优先：
（1）熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器化技术、对Pulsar/Redis等中间件有应用经验；
（2）了解机器学习、大语言模型（LLM）基本原理，具备相关开发或应用实践经验；
（3）有ACM算法竞赛获奖经历。
