4.熟悉底5层原理，如网络、中间件、iava技术栈、容器等知识，有能力分析出应用底层的问题，并制定相应的修改建议;

5.有运行环境软硬拓扑的设计经验，包括硬件资源、软件资源、三方系统对接环境、网络等，能设计网络拓扑图;

6.工作认真负责，责任心强，具备较强的学习能力，团队协作精神及良好的沟通能力。

工作内容：

1负责大型应用平台的系统架构设计、架构升级等工作;

2.理解系统的业务需求，制定系统的整体框架，对系统框架相关技术和业务进行培训，指导开发人员开发;

3.负责协调跨部门的系统级技术方案沟线通和讨论，提供一站式的软硬件解决方案;

4.系统性能优化，主导技术难题攻关，持续提升系统在大规模分布式系统环境下高并发、海量请求数下的高处理性能，解决各类潜在系统技术风险，保证系统的安全、稳定、快速运行。
