1. 负责大语言模型（LLM）的预训练（Pretrain）、指令微调（SFT）、强化学习（RLHF）全流程研发，提升模型在逻辑推理、任务规划等认知能力；
2. 优化模型工具调用与API交互能力，构建Agent/Multi-agent系统解决复杂问题；
3. 开发大模型应用平台及工具集（如Prompt工程、RAG框架、Agent工作流），支持业务方高效接入和调用模型；
4. 优化训练与推理工具链（如DeepSpeed、vLLM、TensorRT），提升模型训练效率及推理性能；

任职要求：
1. 精通Python，掌握常用python包；
2. 掌握python API开发(FastAPI/Flask/Django等)；
3. 熟悉LangChain/LlamaIndex等框架；
4. 了解向量化模型和RAG或相关项目实施过程；
4. 至少一个RAG或相关项目落地经验，
5. 学历信息在学信网可查；
