【工作内容】：
1. 负责语音相关能力的研发与落地：包括但不限于 ASR（语音识别）、TTS（语音合成）、VAD（端点检测）、降噪/回声消除等语音前后处理模块。
2. 负责语音链路效果优化：在不同环境噪声、不同口音、远场/近场等复杂场景下提升识别率、鲁棒性与稳定性。
3. 负责语音模型/算法的工程化部署与优化：端侧/云侧推理优化、延迟与成本优化、模型压缩与加速（量化/蒸馏/剪枝等）。
4. 建设语音评测与数据闭环：制定指标（WER/CER、时延、唤醒率、MOS 等），设计测试集与回归流程，推动线上问题定位与持续迭代。
5. 与产品/业务/平台团队协作：打通语音与大模型/Agent（如语音对话、语音指令、语音质检等）场景，提升端到端用户体验。

【任职要求】：
1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机/电子信息/通信工程/自动化等相关专业优先；2 年以上语音相关研发经验优先。
2. 有信号处理、语音相关经验者优先：熟悉 DSP 基础（STFT、滤波、谱减、阵列/波束形成、AEC/ANS/AGC 等）或有语音工程落地经验。
3. 熟悉常见语音技术与指标：ASR/TTS、VAD、KWS（关键词唤醒）等至少一项有实际项目经验；理解 WER/CER、实时性与稳定性权衡。
4. 熟悉深度学习框架与工程实践：PyTorch/TensorFlow 至少一种；具备数据处理与训练/推理优化能力。
5. 编码能力扎实：熟悉 Python/C++ 至少一种；有端侧优化、流式处理、并发与性能优化经验加分。
6. 具备良好的问题解决能力和团队合作能力，能在复杂链路中定位问题并推动闭环。
