岗位职责
服务器搭建与优化：负责基于Python的服务器架构设计、搭建与优化，确保服务器的高性能、高可用性和可扩展性。
功能开发与实现：使用Python及相关框架（如Haystack、Django、Flask等）实现核心功能，包括但不限于API接口开发、数据处理、业务逻辑实现等。
问题解决与维护：负责服务器的日常维护，及时处理常见问题（如性能瓶颈、安全漏洞、稳定性问题等），保障服务器的稳定运行。
技术选型与创新：参与技术选型讨论，结合业务需求提出合理的技术方案，推动服务器技术的持续优化与创新。
团队协作与支持：与算法、前端开发、运维团队紧密合作，确保前后端接口无缝对接，提供技术支持与解决方案。
任职要求：
Python技能：精通Python语言，具备3年以上使用Python进行服务器端开发的经验。
服务器开发经验：熟悉基于Python的服务器搭建流程，能够独立完成服务器架构设计与部署。
框架与工具：熟练掌握至少一种Python服务器框架（如Haystack、Django、Flask等），熟悉其原理和*佳实践。
问题解决能力：具备丰富的服务器问题排查与解决经验，能够快速定位并解决性能、安全、稳定性等问题。
系统知识：熟悉Linux操作系统，了解网络编程、多线程/多进程编程、异步编程等技术。
团队合作：具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够高效协作完成项目任务。
加分项：
熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器化技术，有微服务架构开发经验者优先。
有高并发、分布式系统开发经验者优先。
