4.能够独立承担项目或者部门较核心部分的软件开发工作；
5.负责解决项目中遇到的关键技术问题；
6.针对所负责项目的需求、技术与进度，与业务需求方保持良好的沟通；
7.定期组织团队建设，把握团队动态，并为团队成员提供直接的开发技术指导和培训；
8.完成上级交办的其他工作。
n任职要求
1.统招全日制计算机及其相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.五年以上Java软件开发经验，至少参与过3个大中型项目的开发工作，并在其中担任重要角色。有敏捷开发实践/开发小组管理经验优先；
3.熟悉流行开发框架springmvc和其它各种中间件技术，深入掌握其设计思想、实现原理和特点；熟悉mysql数据库，Redis缓存等。有基于MQTT协议应用开发经验者优先；
4.熟练使用visio，mindmanager等工具；熟悉maven构建，svn源码管理等工具；
5.熟悉Linux操作系统，能够编写常用shell脚本.具有公有云环境应用部署/调试/管理经验者优先；
6.有物联网，ERP/CRM系统开发经验优先；
7.接受过系统的项目管理以及技术开发的培训经验；
8.具备丰富的软件开发经验，熟悉软件开发流程，了解基本的测试流程；
9.具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力；
10.具有一定的项目管理实战经验；
11.清晰的逻辑思维和有效的沟通能力。拥有专注技术和高度责任感的精神；
12.能够独立高效工作，工作主动性、团队意识强，责任心强，学习能力强。
