岗位职责：
1、负责BroADAS远控平台的核心功能开发与迭代优化。
2、支撑包括“青岛新前湾一对多”在内的多个分布式任务的系统开发与集成工作。
3、参与构建与完善高可用、可扩展的云边端协同系统架构。
4、负责核心模块的技术方案设计与攻坚，解决高并发、低延迟网络通信、海量设备连接管理等关键技术挑战，确保系统稳定性与可扩展性。
5、设计与实现高效的微服务治理、资源调度与监控告警体系，保障BroADAS平台在云端与边缘侧的服务质量与可靠性。
6、主导或参与平台关键链路的性能调优与安全加固，包括但不限于通信链路加密、边缘节点认证授权，并构建持续的性能压测与安全评估机制。
任职要求：
1、5年以上JAVA后端开发经验；精通云边端协同架构；有大型Web系统开发经验；
2、精通Java，熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等框架；
3、精通微服务架构、云边端协同架构、分布式系统设计；
4、熟悉UML建模工具，如Visio、PowerDesigner；
5、精通MySQL、Oracle，熟悉Redis缓存技术；
6、熟悉高并发、高性能系统设计；掌握消息中间件(如Kafka、RabbitMQ)；了解DevOps流程与工具。
