一、核心职责
1.架构设计与规划
主导公司核心业务系统的架构设计，制定技术发展路线图；
负责分布式系统、微服务架构的整体设计与演进规划；
建立并维护系统架构规范、设计模式和技术标准；
2.技术选型与方案设计
评估并引入适合的.NET/Java技术栈、中间件和云服务；
设计高并发、高可用、可扩展的系统解决方案；
主导关键模块和公共组件的架构设计。
3.技术指导与团队赋能
指导开发团队遵循架构规范，解决技术难题；
组织技术分享和培训，提升团队整体技术水平；
参与核心代码评审，保障系统质量和代码规范。
4.系统优化与治理
监控系统性能，持续优化系统架构和资源利用；
识别并解决系统潜在的技术风险和性能瓶颈；
建立系统容量规划和故障应急机制。
二、任职要求
硬性要求
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3-5年以上.NET或Java开发经验；
3年以上大型分布式系统架构设计经验；
精通.NET Core/Java技术栈及主流开发框架；
熟练掌握微服务架构设计及Spring Cloud/.NET相关生态；
精通至少一种数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL/SQL Server/Oracle）及优化技术；
熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器化技术。
