2、有dsp广告投放平台经验优先，熟悉广告CTR、CVR以及策略优化相关算法的优先。
3、扎实的计算机基础，熟悉IO，锁机制、多线程，等相关基础技术；
4、熟练掌握目前主流开源框架SpringBoot/SpringCloud原理和运行机制；掌握常用的数据结构、设计模式；
5、熟练掌握mysql、clickhouse等数据库的使用，掌握Mybatis等ORM框架的使用
6、熟练应用各种后端中间件 Elastic Search、Kafka、RabbitMQ、Redis、Nginx、Zookeeper等，并能进行系统调优；
7、熟悉Linux平台下常用命令操作、环境部署；
8、具备较强的业务理解及业务抽象能力，能够快速的从业务需求中找到技术设计场景；
9、对技术有高度热情，能够承担高强度的工作，追求更好，能够自设富有挑战性的目标；
10、有开源项目，技术博客、互联网广告行业者优先。
