1、负责产品来料、半成品、成品的质量管理工作；
2、与生产部门协调完成产品生产过程中的品质控制；
3、合理指定产品检测的工序及标准检验文件的组织编写；
4、负责产品可靠性检测方法制定和工具选用、对测试报告进行审核；
5、负责组织质检人员对所有检验情况进行记录和专题统计分析, 不定期
向总裁和有关部门提供质量简报；
6、参与合同评审，特殊合同产品测试和评定；
7、与相关部门进行对供应商的稽核工作，出具报告提出改善意见。

任职资格
1、相关专业毕业，本科以上学历，有医疗行业质量检验经验的优先考虑；
2、3年以上质量管理工作经验；具有质量保证和质量检验的经验；
3、熟悉ISO9001、ISO13485质量管理体系；了解医疗器械产品的质量检
验规程以及质量法规；熟练掌握相关产品的检测手法；熟悉各种质量认证体系；
4、熟悉相关检测仪表的使用；熟悉机械加工、钣金件、或电子元器件检测工作，熟悉统计过程控制（SPC)，熟悉质量改进的工具与技术，了解可靠性基础知识，了解常用统计技术。
5、工作认真细致、分析能力、逻辑思维能力强；动手能力与独立工作能力强；良好的书面表达能力。
