【任职要求】
1、硕士及以上学历；医疗影像领域后处理开发经验、目标检测(YOLO系列)3年以上开发经验，2年以上AI项目负责或相关管理经验；
2、扎实的python，C++软件编程；
3、熟练使用PyTorch/Tensorflow框架；
4、熟悉常见的分类算法、目标检测算法，语义/实例分割算法，目标跟踪算法；
5、对算法部署方案有自我的理解与实际工程经验；
6、有显微医学图像算法处理、人工智能开发经验、有成功推动AI产品商业化落地经验者优先考虑；
7、深入了解DeepSeek全栈开发者优先；
8、善于学习、沟通和团队协作，对工作认真负责。
