【岗位职责】
1、全面负责质检部门管理工作，包括推动各项制度、流程、规程健全完善及员工绩效提升等；
2、全面负责产品来料、半成品、成品的质量管控工作；
3、参与开发部新品开发阶段评审，负责新品首件质量全面管理控制；
4、负责与制造部协调完成产品生产过程中的品质控制；
5、负责合理制定产品检测工序、标准检验文件的组织编写；
6、负责产品可靠性检测方法制定和工具选用、对测试报告进行审核；
7、负责组织质检人员对所有检验情况进行记录和专题统计分析, 不定期
向总裁和有关部门提供质量简报；
8、负责重大质量事故、客户投诉事件的管理、调查、处理；
9、参与合同评审，特殊合同产品测试和评定；
10、与相关部门进行对供应商的稽核工作，出具报告提出改善意见。

【岗位要求】
1、统招本科及以上学历，3年以上医疗行业QC经验；
2、5年以上质量管理工作经验；具有质量保证和质量检验的经验；
3、熟悉ISO9001、ISO13485质量管理体系；了解医疗器械产品的质量检
验规程以及质量法规；熟练掌握相关产品的检测手法；熟悉各种质量认证体系；
4、熟悉相关检测仪表的使用；熟悉机械加工、钣金件、或电子元器件检测工作，熟悉统计过程控制（SPC)，熟悉质量改进的工具与技术，了解可靠性基础知识，了解常用统计技术；
5、工作认真细致、分析能力、逻辑思维能力强；动手能力与独立工作能力强；良好的书面表达能力；
6、有ISO9001/ISO13485 内审员证书。
