4、熟悉B/S架构，SpringMVC、MyBatis、JavaScript、Spring等常见开发技术，熟练使用Maven等项目构建工具，熟悉软件开发工程及设计模式；

5、掌握J2EE核心技术（包括JDBC、Java-mail、JMS、JSP、XML、Servlet、POI等）；

6、熟悉使用Linux操作系统并能完成系统部署；

7、能够参与撰写、整理设计和开发文档；

8、有较强的性能优化及问题排查、解决能力，能承受较强工作压力，责任心、计划执行能力强；

9、力和较强的团队合作意识；做事积极主动，勤奋好学，对互联网技术敏感，了解互联网*新技术；

10、有Activiti工作流实际开发经验优先、有过OA、CRM实际开发经验优先；

11、有金融相关系统经验优先；
