3. 具备制定UI交互动画和Unity特效方案的探索，并确定制作规范。
4. 具备优化现有项目组内的动画表现能力，包括UI交互弹窗和粒子特效；
5. 能够参与特效设计，可以独立制作模型贴图等特效素材, 有手绘特效贴图的能力更佳（3d项目)；
6. 跟进验收特效*终在产品中的实现与品质。
职位要求：
1. 10年以游戏 Unity特效设计经验喜欢游戏；
2. 美术动画类专业优先，对卡通类项目特效有制作经验；
3. 对UI交互的设计制作有所涉猎，有一定的经验；
4. 了解美术全流程的运行方式，协助确定前置资源的规格，能够区分表现层和逻辑层，协助技术人员实现功能；
5. 熟悉Unity 引擎特效对接流程，具备一定的项目技术前后流程协作经验；
6. 熟悉3D资产特效制作方法，了解特效美术常用的软件，AE、Photoshop、3DMAX、Blander等主流特效软件;
7. 工作态度积极，善于沟通，有良好的职业素养，特别要求学习能力比较出众；
8. 能够在协且主美进行特效类技术评估，解决实际制作过程中的各种技术问题；
