工作职责
1. 技术对接与支持：协助渠道销售团队，响应经销商提出的产品技术咨询，提供专业的售前技术方案与答疑；
2. 产品演示与交付：负责客户的产品演示、现场交付及验收，确保客户顺利上手使用；
3.展会技术支持：参与国际行业展会（如 OTC、Oceanology、SeaJapan 等），提供现场技术讲解、演示操作及客户接待；
4. 重大项目交付：支持重大项目的全流程技术交付，包括方案确认、设备调试、客户培训及售后衔接；
5. 信息反馈与迭代：收集市场端的产品反馈，协同研发与产品团队推动产品优化。
任职要求
基础素质：
1. 1-3年相关工作经验优先，优秀应届生也可以考虑；
2.本科及以上学历，自动化、机械工程、电子信息等理工科相关专业优先，了解基本电子、机械或软件原理;
3. 英语听说读写流利，能够独立进行口头技术交流（展会现场讲解、客户培训、项目交付)；
4.对智能硬件产品有浓厚兴趣，具备快速学习复杂技术系统的能力；
5.接受并适应短期出差（单次 1–2 周为主，覆盖欧美、亚太、中东等市场）；
6. 具备跨团队协作意识，能有效联动销售、研发、产品团队推动项目落地。
7.有智能硬件、机器人、无人机、海洋设备等行业背景优先；
