一、岗位职责
深入对接业务部门，理解业务需求，提供针对性人力资源支持与解决方案。
协助业务部门开展人员招聘、面试甄选与人员配置工作。
跟进员工入离职、试用期管理、员工关系维护等日常人事事务。
推动绩效管理制度在业务端落地执行，跟进绩效过程与结果应用。
组织业务部门员工培训、团队建设及文化活动落地。
及时发现并协调处理员工异动、矛盾及各类人事问题。
收集业务端人力资源相关反馈，优化内部管理流程与机制。
完成上级交办的其他人力资源工作。
二、任职资格
学历要求：全日制公办本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。
经验要求：具备人力资源相关工作经验，有HRBP或业务支持经验者优先。
能力要求：熟悉人力资源各模块基础工作，具备良好的沟通协调、问题解决与业务理解力。
素养要求：工作积极主动，责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力与服务意识。
技能要求：熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基础的数据整理与文档撰写能力。
