一、岗位定位
负责人力资源共享服务中心（SSC）运营管理，搭建标准化、系统化、数据化 HR 运营体系，主导薪酬福利、预算管控、制度合规、EHR 系统、股权激励落地等核心模块，支撑公司人力成本管控与组织高效运转。
二、岗位职责
1. 薪酬福利与激励管理
负责公司薪酬、奖金等全流程核算与发放，确保准确、合规、高效。
搭建与优化薪酬福利体系、福利方案，参与薪酬调研与竞争力分析。
协助制定、落地股权激励政策，负责流程落地与合规管理。
2. 人力预算编制与成本管控
主导公司年度人力预算编制、分解、审核、执行跟踪。
搭建各部门人工成本水位线、预警机制、管控模型，定期出具成本分析报告。
对 HC、编制、异动、离职率、人均效能进行监控，为业务提供成本优化建议。
3. B&C 制度与合规体系建设
搭建并完善Behavi& Compliance 行为与合规制度体系，确保用工合规及流程标准化，降低公司管理与法律风险。
4. EHR 人力资源系统建设与运营
负责 EHR/HRIS 系统整体规划，推动人事运营智能化转型，提升 SSC 效率与体验。
5. SSC 运营管理
统筹入转调离、合同、证明、人事服务等标准化流程，提升服务质量与效率。
三、任职要求
本科及以上学历，人力资源管理等相关专业，5 年以上 HR SSC / 薪酬绩效经验。
精通薪酬核算、社保公积金、个税申报、人力成本分析与预算管控。
有股权激励实际操作经验（授予、归属、数据、合规、流程落地）。
具备制度撰写、合规体系搭建、B&C 政策落地能力。
熟悉 EHR/HRIS 系统逻辑，有系统上线或优化经验优先。
数据敏感、逻辑清晰，具备较强的推动、统筹、跨部门协同能力。
有科技公司、中大型企业共享服务中心经验优先。
