1.负责采购订单的执行与落实，包括下单、确认、进度跟踪、交付验收全流程；
2.负责采购系统数据录入与维护，确保信息准确、及时、可追溯；
3.负责采购相关单证、报表的整理和归档，包括出入库登记、供应商对账、发票核对等；
4.对项目紧急需求、临时物料采购进行快速响应和比价下单；
5.协助进行采购谈判、起草采购合同，确保条款清晰、风险可控；
6.负责供应商信息整理存档，建立并持续更新供应商信息资源库；
7.对采购物料的质量问题进行记录和反馈，协助推动供应商改进；
8.与技术部、项目管理保持顺畅沟通，准确理解采购需求；
9.协助与国外供货商的商务谈判；
10.完成领导安排的其他相关工作。

任职需求：
1.大学本科及以上学历；采购管理、物流管理等相关专业优先；
2.1年以上电子器件、设备类日常采购相关工作经验；
3. 英语口语熟练，能与国外供应商进行简单业务对接；
4.有良好的执行力、沟通能力、快速反应能力及团队合作精神；
