Python方向：精通Django/Flask/FastAPI等至少一个Web框架，熟悉异步编程，有良好的代码设计能力。
3. 熟悉关系型数据库（如MySQL、PostgreSQL）和至少一种NoSQL数据库（如Redis、MongoDB）。
4. 了解微服务架构、容器化技术（Docker）及基本运维知识。
5. 熟练使用Git、Maven/Gradle等开发与构建工具。
6. 熟悉DevOps理念与实践，有CI/CD工具链（如Jenkins、GitLab CI）开发、运维或集成经验。
7. 有良好的沟通和协同能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神。
