岗位职责：
1、完成 TapTap Android 客户端基础架构相关工作，如稳定性、性能、重要框架、sdk研发等，并保障功能稳定、用户体验良好；
2、参与或推进客户端研发的整个流程设计和建设，建设相关规范；
3、跟踪行业技术趋势，结合业务场景推动新技术应用与团队技术沉淀；
4、积极拥抱变化，拥抱AI等前沿技术工具，推动自己、团队在工作中提升效率。

任职要求：
1、3年及以上 Android 相关业务架构开发经验，对于Android系统的底层有一定的了解；
2、精通 Java / Kotlin / C/C++ 等一种或几种语言，有较为扎实的计算机基础（数据结构与算法、操作系统、计算机网络）和 Android 相关知识；
3、较强的学习能力和自驱能力，积极热情的工作态度和较强的责任心；
4、良好的沟通能力、开放积极的沟通态度。

加分项：
1、有大型 Android App 项目的开发经验，参与核心模块功能开发或者架构设计，有丰富的C/C++开发经验者优先；
2、有稳定性治理、性能优化（启动/渲染/内存）、架构设计（模块化/组件化）相关实践经历，并取得不错成果；
3、热爱AI工具，有探索和增强AI能力的经验、有将AI大规模用于自己的工作、学习中的经验等；
4、有较强的数据意识和业务意识；
5、热爱游戏及游戏衍生行业。
