2.能独立完成系统的需求分析并能敏锐发现业务痛点，具有整体性的功能设计能力，保证业务逻辑闭环
3.能配合Team完成代码编写、单元测试、上线，并且高质量、高稳定、高性能交付项目模块
4.知识面广，思路开阔，对新技术有敏感并愿意致力于新技术的探索研究
5.负责核心代码的开发和维护，编写相关技术文档。

任职资格:
[任职要求]
1.电商ERP\OMS\渠道分销管理相关产品经验是必备条件!3-5年iava开发经验能独立主导系统功能模块设计:
2.作为主力开发人员参与过3个以上中大型项目的开发
3.java基础扎实，对jvm，多线程有一定了解，了解设计模式;
4.熟悉Spring、Spring Boot、nacos,dubbo等主流开源框架及基本实现原理:
5.熟悉Linux常用命令，具备部署实施经验
6.了解Docker等容器技术:
7.熟悉数据库设计，熟悉MySQL、PostgreSQL等关系型数据库，并具有较好的SQL编写及优化能力
8.熟练使用Maven/Gradle/Git等软件开发工具
9.有大型系统的设计和开发经验，尤其在ERP，OMS，WMS经验者优先:
10.电商行业优先、AI应用经验优先
