岗位职责：

1、负责XX运营商家庭宽带网络优化项目整体推进和节奏把控，全生命周期交付管理，推动和跟进项目关键节点的实施和落地；

2、负责家宽接入网相关技术方案落地，在项目交付过程中问题的处理，客户指标要求的达成，项目方案撰写及文档&报告输出；

3、支撑市场售前测试及相关活动，拉通市场、研发等资源，保障测试及相关活动顺利达成；

4、负责与客户进行技术交流、方案沟通及培训赋能；

5、负责项目风险和机会的挖掘，定期内外部客户关系维护、资源拉通、沟通汇报等；

技能要求：

1、计算机网络、通信工程、电子或相关专业本科及以上学历，；

2、计算机基础扎实，有算法、数据结构、数据库、计算机网络、操作系统的丰富经验；

3、Java基础扎实, 深入掌握IO、多线程、集合、JVM等基础知识，熟练使用SpringBoot，SpringCloud，mybatis/mybatis-plus等主流开发框架，了解微服务架构体系设计；

4、有GIS的算法的处理经验，熟悉geoserver、postgresSQL、postgis相关经验优先；

5、3年以上网优工程师工作经验，有电信运营商等类似工作经验者优先考虑；

6、了解家宽网络体系结构，有家宽网络规划、优化相关经验优先；

7、有良好的沟通能力、善于合作、有客户服务意识；

8、抗压能力强，乐观向上;
