岗位职责：
1、解决关键的架构，技术问题，优化整体系统性能，对系统的重用、扩展、伸缩性和简洁等做系统级的把握；
2、负责内部支撑平台和核心基础设施的稳定性建设，工程师技术文化身体力行, 持续推动团队的提升；
3、营造技术学习氛围，带领团队不断完善开发方法及流程，提升开发效率与质量，加强技术标准和规范。
任职要求：
1、5年以上Java开发经验，有知名互联网或软件公司的技术开发经验者优先；
2、具有3年以上核心系统业务系统架构设计经验，精通业务抽象和模型设计，掌握相关方法论；
3、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、数据库、缓存、消息等机制，能对分布式常用的技术进行合理应用，具备实际架构经验。
4、精通分布式、延展性、可扩性架构设计，具备大流量、大访问量、高负载环境下的系统开发及优化经验；
5、优秀的表达能力和协调能力，优秀的团队合作精神、善于搭建高效开发团队和培养、激励优秀技术人才。
注：
上班时间：弹性打卡制，8；30-10；00，一天工作8h。
研发中心双休，但因业务原因目前是大小周形式，多上的2天班会以的日薪发放（额外的，不在基本薪资内，有事可请假，非硬性）。
