岗位职责：
【系统设计与开发】
1. 主导公司内部数据系统的后端功能设计、开发和维护，包括但不限于数据采集、数据处理、数据可视化等。
2. 设计和实现高可用、高性能、可扩展的后端服务，确保系统的稳定性和可靠性。
3. 编写高质量、可维护的代码，并进行代码审查和性能优化。
【数据处理】
负责数据采集、清洗、转换等一系列加工流程，构建高效的数据处理流程。
任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，2年左右后端开发经验；
2. 编程基础扎实，精通Python以及Python生态中的主流框架；
3. 熟练使用Django、Pandas、Scrapy、Mysql、ES、Mongodb等工具；
4. 有相关系统运维工具的使用，例如Jenkins、Sentry、Docker等；
5. 思维敏捷，能快速定位和解决开发过程中遇到的问题，对待工作认真负责，有较好的沟通协作能力。
