岗位职责：
1、依据原理图和相关文件，完成PCB布局和Layout工作；
2、负责原理图和PCB封装库的创建和维护，形成标准的建库规则；
3、项目初期从layout角度与各岗位合作，参与整机堆叠，确认PCB方案；
4、与各部门合作，完成PCB布局、走线、拼版；
5、配合产线的Issue log 对PCB进行Modify，提供相应的方案改进产线Issue。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，电力电子类相关专业；
2、5年以上小家电行业Layout设计经验，有咖啡机、洗地机、空净、烤箱等产品layout经验优先；
3、熟练使用altium designer（AD）画板工具；
4、熟悉单层板、双层板、4层板LAYOUT工作，熟悉大厂的AI（自动插件）、SMT工艺制程、熟悉PCB生产及加工工艺；
5、对EMC安规雷击环路布局有丰富的认知、有一定的PCB板失效分析能力；
6、性格沉稳，逻辑清晰，做事严谨，具备良好的沟通表达能力，要求具备一定团队管理经验！！！
