岗位要求：
1、5年以上Android开发经验,有完整开发过一个以上高性能Android应用的经验；
2、精通JAVA/Kotlin编程语言，良好的数据结构与算法，常用的设计模式；
3、精通Android各类UI组件/图形图像/网络/文件系统等模块的使用，精通UI布局、屏幕响应式适配;
4、熟悉Android系统工作原理，具备较强的调试和性能优化能力;
5、熟悉Android Framework 底层开发，具备独立编译Android系统经验的优先
6、具备良好的产品思维，对界面美观度和用户体验有较强的敏感度；
7、对技术有激情，有较强的独立工作和主动的学习能力，具备良好的服务意识、责任心、优秀的团队沟通与协作能力；

其他加分项：
1、有Android TV应用开发经验，有开发并适配车载APP经验；
2、对音视频开发有一定了解，有音视频相关的项目开发经验；
