岗位职责：
1. AC/DC类开关电源类之PWM/PD、QC协议等控制芯片的IC应用与调试
2. 与销售工程师协作分析市场趋势/客户需求/竞争产品特性，完成IC功能定义并具备市场竞争力
3. 独立完成新IC的功能、性能、可靠性、行业标准等测试验证并Debug
4. 基于新IC完成应用方案开发，完成产品datasheet、demo board manual等应用文档，协助销售工程师进行公司产品推广。
5. 根据客户需求规格使用公司产品进行应用系统定制开发
6. 与失效分析工程师协作完成客户端异常分析的技术支持

任职要求：
1. 电子信息工程、应用电子等相关专业本科及以上学历
2. 三年以上电源/功率器件/PWM IC等相关行业从业经验
3. 熟悉Flyback/LLC/ACF等开关电源常用电路拓扑结构
4. 具备很强的动手调试能力和debug分析能力,具备独立开展工作的能力，以及灵活的现场反应能力、沟通能力；独立处理和解决所负责的客户需求；
5. 熟练使用Protel/PADS/Layout等线路设计软件
6. 熟悉常用功率器件和磁性元件特性
7. 熟悉各种电源行业设计规范、电气行业标准
8. 熟悉Notebook, smart phone, TV, 网通等消费类产品电源适配器的市场需求
9. 勇于挑战，积极向上，具备良好的团队协作能力，具备英文读写能力
