【岗位职责】
1、负责在东南亚Tiktok平台寻找优质达人，进行商务洽谈，促进合作；与Tiktok达人KOL合作招商过程中，完成品牌介绍、商务条件沟通、推广跟进、建立良好的合作关系等相关工作；
2、通过分析达人带货数据对产品及达人带货能力进行分析，复盘合作效果，输出总结观点和建议，优化工作对接流程，提升推广效果；
3、负责达人筛选、建联、产品卖点、价格、模式、佣金、寄样、档期、开播互动、 GMV 转化，完成销售目标;
4、及时跟踪达人直播以及数据监测，做好数据统计与反馈，发现问题提出改进方案，提高转化率；持续挖掘高销量达人，维护达人关系，建立长期稳定的合作关系；
5、对行业/竞品的要有洞察能力，收集各大平台同类目达人相关动态及信息，分析优劣势，并优化自身方案/规避风险，建立达人数据库，每天更新达人数据。
【任职要求】
1、英语CET-6/或专四等级，有快消品从业或达人商务BD工作经验者优先；
2、有越南地区BD经验，美妆护肤类目经验优先。
