您将全面负责供应链计划体系的运营与管理，确保供应与需求的高效平衡，具体包括：
1.全面负责计划团队（涵盖需求计划、生产计划、物料计划等）的日常管理、工作分配与绩效考核
2.深度参与供应链重点专项，如“新品极速上市项目”、“库存健康度优化项目”等。
3.主导建立库存管控模型，制定分品类、分渠道的库存健康标准，并监控执行。
4.审核主生产计划（MPS）与物料需求计划（MRP），确保其可执行性。
5.监控计划核心指标（订单满足率、库存周转天数、计划准确率），主导复盘并推动改善
6.主导解决日常运营中的重大供需失衡、紧急插单、产能瓶颈等异常问题；
二、任职要求：
1.具备3年以上供应链计划全流程实务经验，且其中至少2年为团队管理经验且执行能力强。
2.必须拥有化妆品、快消品或时尚消费品行业背景，深刻理解该行业SKU多、迭代快、促销频繁的供应链特性。
3.精通ERP/MRP原理，能熟练运用Excel进行高级数据分析（复杂函数、数据透视、图表建模）
4.通过数据分析，洞察库存、预测偏差等问题的根因，并制定行动方案的能力
