4、编制SHE体系文件及检查和运行表格、SHE相关的内审、外审、管理评审及第三方验厂和审核接待、安全标准化的建立和维护；
5、对危险作业的工作安全分析、作业安全技术交底、风险评估、各类员工、外包和入场人员的安全培训、作业现场管理和监督检查、SHE数据月报整理、SHE物质管理、应急管理和处置、安全和环保事故调查报告编制；
6、维护与政府主管部门的关系、及时参加培训和活动、配合相关监督检查、落实整改、确保公司运行的合规性和时效性；
7、员工劳保用品PPE的管理，选型和采购计划编制；
8、整理投标所需要的HSE相关资料，接待国内或国外客户考察；
9、按上级主管部门要求及时编制、上传网上申报所要求的安全、环保和职业卫生资料；
10、每月初，提交SHE部门的管理体系运行情况；
11、公司和上级主管交办的其他与SHE相关的事宜。
