复杂业务系统构建
负责CRM SaaS核⼼模块开发（客户管理/销售⾃动化/数据分析），确保复杂业务逻辑的⼯程化
落地
构建⾼可靠数据管道，实现海量⾏为数据的实时处理与分析
搜索引擎与数据平台优化
开发⾼性能检索服务，优化知识库/SEO数据的毫秒级响应能⼒
设计数据密集型应⽤架构，提升TB级数据处理效率
系统质量保障
主导技术重构，推动代码规范与⼯程质量提升
任职要求
核⼼能⼒
5年以上Java开发经验，1年以上复杂系统架构设计经验
精通分布式架构（微服务/消息队列/分布式缓存），有万级QPS系统实战经验
深度掌握Spring⽣态（Spring Boot/Cloud/MyBatis Plus）
精通Postgresql/MySQL调优及NoSQL技术（Redis/ES/MongoDB）
⼯程能⼒
掌握DDD与清洁架构，具备⼤型系统构建或重构经验者优先
精通性能调优（JVM/数据库/SQL/⽹络），熟练使⽤Arthas等诊断⼯具
业务理解
有CRM/SaaS平台开发经验，理解多租户架构与数据隔离⽅案

能主导技术⽅案设计并推动跨团队落地
具备架构设计⽂档规范输出能⼒
