岗位职责：
1.参与公司3D引擎架构、WEB3D项目设计和概要设计；
2.将核心功能封装API或组件，使其支持二次开发；
3.研发相关的三维模型设计、展示、数据转换等交互工作和VR展示交互开发
4.完成基于WebGL、ThreeJS等3D展示交互开发工作（适配移动端和PC端）
5.与团队其它开发人员配合进行架构调整和性能优化；负责模型交互，渲染效果的优化、提升模型加载、显示性能等；
6.根据公司发展路线和*新技术及时调整方向，寻找*合适技术解决方案，并向组内传导预研成果。
7.配合设计人员实现三维效果及产品界面，完成与后端的数据交互，研究并改善用户体验；
8.编写项目开发相关资料文档；
9.研究探索数据可视化相关前沿技术，负责数据可视化大屏界面开发！
任职要求：
1.有良好的计算机图形学基础，熟悉Three.js等前端3D处理框架
2.熟悉shader编程，熟悉3D Tiles数据结构，精通3D Tiles加载方式及模型处理方式。，渲染效果的优化、提升模型加载、显示性能。
3. 工作细致认真，有责任心，能承受高强度工作压力，有良好的执行力及职业素养
4. 具有WebGL底层开发经验，有展示作品的优先；
5. 熟悉常用的渲染引擎UE4、Unity、3DMax等和常用的渲染算法原理的优先
6.有物联网相关企业前端工作经验者优先考虑。
7.有Babylon.js PlayCanvas 的开发经验优先，熟悉Three.js，Babylon.js等主流3D库中的至少一种;
8.理解webGL原理，熟练使用原生webGL优先。
9.有使用Three.js，Babylon.js等主流3D开发产品或项目的经验，有一定的材质渲染基础，能提供作品鉴赏的优先；
10.熟悉cesium引擎、mapbox引擎等WebGIS引擎优先。
