1.算法设计与实现：设计/优化算法（如排序、搜索、图论、动态规划），实现机器学习模型（分类、回归、聚类）与深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow），开发自然语言处理（NLP）或计算机视觉（CV）算法。
2.数据处理与分析：使用Pandas/NumPy清洗、处理大规模数据，利用可视化工具（Matplotlib/Seaborn）分析数据特征，构建数据管道（Apache Spark/Dask）。
3.模型部署与优化：将算法封装为API（Flask/FastAPI）、性能优化（Cython/Numba加速）、容器化部署（Docker/Kubernetes）。
4.研发支持：参与技术选型（如分布式计算框架），编写技术文档与单元测试（pytest），跟踪AI领域*新进展（论文复现/改进）。
5.团队协作：产品经理、前端开发、运维团队的协作。

【任职要求】：
1.技术能力：精通Python语言及常用框架（Django/Flask/FastAPI等）熟练使用MySQL/PostgreSQL数据库，具备索引优化、分库分表实践经验熟练使用Conda+Docker,服务镜像打包流程掌握Linux系统操作，熟悉Shell脚本、系统监控及性能分析工具深入理解OOP编程，熟练应用23种设计模式解决实际问题具备算法设计能力，能将业务问题转化为数学模型（如图算法、推荐算法等）。
2.工程能力：有大型项目抽象设计经验，能独立完成模块化/组件化开发熟悉领域驱动设计（DDD），具备清晰的代码分层架构思维掌握常用数据结构和算法优化技巧熟悉微服务架构。
3.加分项：有机器学习/数据分析项目经验参与过高并发系统设计或性能调优。
