二、任职要求：
1.必备条件：
- 统招本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计、物理或相关专业。
- 5年左右扎实的 Python 开发经验，具备良好的编程习惯和代码风格。
- 熟练掌握 Python 数据科学栈（Pandas, NumPy 为必需），并至少有一种深度学习框架（如 TensorFlow, PyTorch）的使用经验。
- 熟悉常用的数据分析、统计建模和机器学习算法，并有实际的业务场景落地经验。
- 熟练使用 SQL，具备良好的数据库操作能力。
- 具备出色的逻辑思维能力、问题分解能力和业务理解能力，能够将模糊的业务需求转化为明确的技术问题。

2.优先考虑：
