岗位职责：
（1）负责基于大模型（如DeepSeek、通义千问等）的AI应用开发，包括API接口封装和联调、业务逻辑集成、性能调优。
（2）负责 AI 应用的前端页面开发，包括界面交互、状态管理、数据可视化（ECharts / AntV），使用 Vue 3 或 React 完成高质量页面实现。
（3）对AI开源平台有一定的了解，比如Ragflow、FastGPT、Dify等。
（4）参与 RAG 流程建设（文本清洗、分块、向量化），对接或管理向量数据库（Chroma / Milvus / PGVector）。
（5）与产品协作，从需求讨论到上线交付，独立承担完整功能模块的前后端开发工作。
岗位要求：
（1）计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年以上前端 + 后端实际开发经验，有完整的全栈项目落地经验（AI 相关项目优先）。
（2）熟练掌握 HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript，至少精通 Vue 3 或 React 中的一种，了解组件化开发、状态管理（Pinia / Vuex / Redux）、前端工程化（Webpack / Vite）
（3）熟练使用 Python 后端框架（FastAPI / Flask / Django 至少一种），能独立设计 RESTful API，了解异步编程、中间件、鉴权等
