任职资格：
1. 本科以上学历，有保险或医疗健康领域相关经验者优先；
2. 优秀的编程能力，精通 Python 语言，至少掌握一项或多项算法框架 Tensorflow/Pytorch/Langchain/sklearn等；
3. 在数据挖掘、机器学习、计算机视觉、大模型等一个或多个方向，有较深入的实践经验，计算机视觉优先；
4. 自驱力和责任心强，积极主动，较好的沟通表达能力，能够与非技术人员有效沟通。
