岗位职责：
1.参与RPA整体技术架构的设计、评估、优化与实施；
2.持续跟踪RPA领域的技术发展动态、行业技术热点，结合公司发展战略，协助策划RPA产品线的发展蓝图和路标，明晰定位、目标、策略并落实、实施；
3.把握RPA产品发展趋势，分析跟踪竞争对手，定期完成分析报告或产品竞争战略和计划，并参与制定公司RPA产品的发展方向，确定公司产品框架并制定技术规划、研发计划；
4.洞悉和理解企业数字化、人工智能、机器人、云计算等产品与服务的行业趋势与技术发展方向。
任职要求：
1.计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，1年以上RPA或者爬虫开发经验；
2.熟练掌握Python有相关数据爬取经验以及熟练掌握PyAutoGUI、UI Automation、PyWinAuto、Selenium等自动化框架其中之一；
3.擅长独立和深度思考，具备良好的沟通理解和表达能力，对新技术新业务有强烈的求知欲和钻研精神；
4.有较强的分析问题、解决问题能力和团队合作意识，有责任心、善于沟通，能适应省内出差；
5.有RPA类型平台产品开发经验优先，例如影刀、Uipath等。
加分项：
RPA后端开发经验，参与攻坚技术难点，AI相关知识面，有在开源社区贡献代码的经验
