岗位职责：
1、参与项目软件需求分析和软件概要设计；
2、进行软件详细设计和编码实现，确保软件模块开发进度；
3、开发和维护统一的软件开发架构，发现和解决存在的软件设计问题；
4、按软件工作流程编写和提交设计文档和相关文档。
任职要求：
1、工作经验2-5年，软件编程知识、软件工程、数据结构、数据库等基础理论；
2、精通主流开发框架( Springboot、SpringCloud、 Mybatis，vue，redis)等，能根据产品进行架构的设计重构，有工作流引擎（activity）开发经验优先；
3、熟练掌握常用的开发工具和技术( Maven、Git、Svn)等；
4、掌握acle，mysql 等关系型数据库，能够独立完成数据库的设计和开发工作；
5、熟悉软件开发流程及良好文档编写能力；
6、有区块链或国产化管理平台软件开发经验者优先考虑。
良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通、协调能力。有激情，能够在一定的压力下工作。
