职责描述：
1. 按公司项目要求完成物料采购工作，保证物料按期到货，包括货期谈判、订单制作、合同签定；
2. 负责采购物料按需到货，协调物料的到货运输和保险事宜；
3. 与物流部、质检部沟通配合完成物料正常入库；
4. 物料出现问题，负责与供应商沟通进行退换处理；
5. 积极掌握所辖物料的齐套情况，及时按要求更新所辖物料的采购进度并向需求部门及时反馈异常情况，并积极处理异常情况；
6. 根据库存情况控制到货，保证库存在合理范围内，处理呆滞物料；
7. 整理和提供所辖物料、供应商相关信息汇总，按要求编制所辖物料采购计划；
8. 识别和控制采购中面临的各项风险，并能及时向上级汇报。
任职要求：
1. 研究生及以上学历，工科背景优先，有大厂采购经验优先；
2. 3-5年制造行业采购经验，汽车行业、半导体行业优先，做过非生产物资类、耗材类采购的优先，应届生优秀者也可考虑；
3. 具有良好的沟通能力，具有高度的责任心，能在压力下独立承担工作；
4. 熟练操作办公软件，具备良好的团队协作精神；
5. 动手能力强，吃苦耐劳。有很强的学习能力
6. 英语阅读能力及会话能力佳者优先；
7.特别优秀者可放宽要求。
