4、精通MySQL、ES等，能够熟练编写复杂SQL语句，了解数据库索引优化、事务管理等知识
5、对开发人工智能代理、大型语言模型应用或多智能体系统的有浓厚兴趣并具备相关库和框架（例如LangChain、LangGraph、Dify）使用经验的优先
6、擅于沟通和解决问题，对于业务可以进行抽象总结，推动并优化业务发展
7、具备较强学习能力，逻辑思维清晰，工作认真负责，有良好的沟通协作能力和团队合作精神
