岗位描述：

1、负责贯彻执行国家、行业、上级部门有关方针、政策、法律、法规及各类标准，保证公司安全、职业健康相关制度运行的有效性，符合性和适应性；

2、负责组织制定公司安全、职业健康的有关制度，经审定批准后监督执行；

3、在公司副总经理（生产）的领导下，开展安全、职业健康管理工作，实施综合监督管理；

4、负责制定公司重大安全、职业健康事故的应急救援预案，经审核批准后贯彻执行；

5、负责审核公司各类安全作业票，并对实施情况进行监督检查；

6、负责组织制定防止职业病和职业危害的措施，做好职业病防治和健康监护；组织制定防尘、防毒、防噪声、防辐射保护措施并对措施的执行情况进行监督检查；

7、负责协助公司领导组织安全、职业健康大检查，督促责任部门对查出的问题制定防范措施和整改计划，并监督检查整改工作的完成情况；

8、负责参与新建、扩建、改建及大修、技改工程的“三同时”监督，使其符合安全、职业卫生技术要求；

9、负责公司消防设施、器材的检查、鉴定、更换、报废管理工作；

10、负责坚持贯彻“四不放过”原则，进行工伤事件、事故的调查、分析、处理和事故档案。

岗位要求：

1、具备注册安全工程师证或中级及以上化工专业技术职称；

2、大专及以上学历，化学、化工或安全管理相关专业；

3、有2年以上从事医药化工生产相关经验；

4、熟练掌握运用国家安全法律法规；

5、具备出色的管理经验、较强的沟通、分析能力，有很强的感召力和凝聚力及团队协作能力。
