一、岗位职责（工作内容）
1. 举报投诉受理与线索处置
受理来自公司内外部涉及公司员工或合作伙伴舞弊问题、职业道德问题的投诉举报，对举报线索进行初步分析研判，制定调查方案。
2. 独立开展调查工作
通过合法的调查方法，主动排查、发现并调查单位内所有存在疑点或异常的事项（不局限于已收到的举报投诉），独立查明事实真相，取得充足证据，形成完整、规范的书面调查报告。
3. 结论反馈与制度完善
出具结案报告，就调查过程及结论给出完整书面分析，向管理层进行汇报，监
督改善措施的执行情况。对涉及违法犯罪的行为，对接司法机关开展司法追责，
推动案件侦破。
4. 廉洁文化建设与预防
开展公司廉洁文化建设，开展内容丰富的宣教活动，提升全员风险防控意识，帮助企业有效管控舞弊和欺诈风险，构建违规行为的前置预警与监控体系。
5.风险契约与承诺文件管理：负责单位内所有保密协议、守法经营承诺书及其他与员工风险相关的誓约文件的拟定、审核、签署跟进、归档保管及执行监督，确保各类风险承诺文件合法有效、覆盖完整、管理规范。
6. ESG相关审核，ISO37001审核及体系运营工作，领导交办的其他事项。
二、任职要求
1.学历专业：本科及以上学历，法学、审计、侦查、纪检监察等相关专业优先。
2.工作经验：具有5年以上企业监察、合规调查、内部审计调查或司法机关（经侦、刑侦、纪检监察等）一线办案经验。
3.核心能力：
-能独立完成举报线索的初步研判和调查取证工作，包括访谈、调取记录、财务核查等。
-具备较强的逻辑分析能力和书面表达能力，能够独立撰写规范、严谨的调查报告。
-熟悉刑法、刑事诉讼法中关于职务犯罪、商业贿赂等常见企业舞弊行为的相关规定。
4.职业素养：为人正直、原则性强，能承受复杂案件带来的压力和挑战。
