2、有Android开发经验，具备独立设计和开发软件模块的能力。
3、掌握面向对象技术和设计模式。
4、具备扎实的java技术和android性能调优经验，熟悉android平台单元测试和自动化测试工具。
5、熟悉Android系统的主要模块。
6、熟悉Kotlin开发，上架高质量Android应用，有海外市场上架应用经验优先。
7、具有较好的代码风格，有较强的独立工作能力，熟悉 Android 各版本的适配与系统兼容。
8、具备较强Ownership、逻辑思维能力、学习创新能力、文档整理能力，以及良好的沟通技巧和团队合作能力,性格开朗有较强抗压能力。
